1. Ticket Sales & Refunds

To maintain the intimacy of our residency, all ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, tickets are fully transferable. If you cannot attend, you may give or sell your ticket to another guest for the same scheduled performance.

 

2. Event Entry & Timing

Doors to the Event location open 15 minutes before showtime. To preserve the quality of the performance for all guests, late arrivals may only be seated during a suitable break in the artist’s set at the discretion of the management.

 

3. Venue & Conduct

The Lux Comedy Collective reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or interferes with the "Noir" atmosphere of the residency.

 

4. Media & Recording

To protect the intellectual property of our international headliners, professional photography and video recording of the performance are strictly prohibited.

 

5. Liability

The Lux Comedy Collective acts as the promoter of the event. Physical safety and venue-related liabilities are governed by the policies of our host venue.

6. Recording & Media Consent

Guests understand that this event is being professionally filmed and photographed for promotional use by Lux Comedy Collective and its partners. By purchasing a ticket and entering the event location, all attendees grant Lux Comedy Collective the irrevocable right to use their likeness, voice, and appearance in any and all media worldwide, including social media and marketing materials.

7. Privacy Choice

The Collective respects the privacy of its guests. A designated 'No-Film Zone' is available for those who prefer not to appear on camera. Attendees wishing to be seated in this area must notify the host immediately upon arrival. Audio recordings of crowd laughter are treated as collective data and are not individually identifiable.
